About the Service
Please keep the following in mind while browsing this service:
Carrier Billing
All purchases made from this service will be billed to your wireless carrier bill and will show up on your monthly statement. Charges may show up as "downloads" or "data services", or they may include "WMG" (Warner Music Group) as the merchant. Fees include the price of your download (ringtone, wallpaper, game), any applicable taxes and any delivery fees charged by your carrier.
Depending on your data plan and carrier, you may also be charged/deducted for minutes airtime spent browsing the store from your phone, making a purchase or downloading content.
Download Procedure
A message containing a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) URL address will be sent to your phone. Typically this message will go to an inbox on your phone. The inbox is often labeled "Text Message Inbox" or "Browser Message Inbox." Open the message and visit the link by selecting "go to" or "open" (varies by phone). You will be taken to the Purchase Page for the item you wish to buy. Click the "Get it Now!" link. The download will then begin automatically. Once you have successfully downloaded the content, your phone will likely prompt you to save the item to your phone or set is as your new ringtone or wallpaper. Motricity will then send an order confirmation via text message. Receipt of the text message usually takes just a few seconds.
Please contact your wireless carrier customer support if you do not know how to use your phone browser or do not have web access on your phone.
It can take up to several minutes for polyphonic ringtones and images to arrive.
Neither Atlantic Records nor Motricity issue refunds for charges to your carrier bill. If any of the above information is incorrect or you are still having problems, please email WMGSupport@motricity.com so we can accommodate your request. You will not be charged for an incomplete download.
